Introducing the High-throughput Imaging Device!

We’re thrilled to unveil our new High-Throughput Imaging Device, a powerful system designed to help teams with high-throughput sample testing in petri dishes. With this, teams generate faster, more accurate test results at scale. As we’ve seen in R&D, manual workflows in QC labs (and their need for high throughput) often lead to errors, delays, and unnecessary costs.
That’s where the High-Throughput Imaging Device comes in. Powered by our advanced AI models, it automates the screening and analysis of petri-based test samples—processing up to 200 plates per hour with high accuracy and consistency. Every result is categorized, fully documented, and easily accessible for future review.
How It Works
Load up to 400 (90mm) petri dishes into the input carousel and start the device.
As each plate is processed, the barcode is scanned, and the system retrieves the required analysis settings through seamless integration with your LIMS, ELN, or any other system you use.
The device supports up to three types of lighting modes for images (top, bottom, fluorescence), providing flexibility to meet your lab’s accuracy and documentation needs
Once analyzed, samples are automatically pushed into the output carrousel and categorized based on results. All data is logged in the cloud for full traceability and easy access.

With centralized data storage in the software, teams across multiple sites can access and share results in real-time, ensuring seamless collaboration—no matter where they are. This standardized approach reduces turnaround times and makes it easy to set up new testing sites in days rather than months.
