Organism Library

You may have heard about it before, but the Organism Library is now available to all Reshape users.
As you know, insights rarely come from a single job. They emerge from patterns across experiments, conditions, and time. The Organism Library helps you zoom out and explore how an organism behaves across multiple jobs, all aggregated in one place. If you are a user, you can check it out here.
With this first release in our Library, you can select an organism and view its aggregated time of appearance across past jobs, including differences across media and temperature. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or memory, you get a clean, comparable view of what’s typical, what varies, and how conditions influence outcomes.
Results are visualized using clear distributions, making it easy to see fastest, slowest, and typical appearance times at a glance. You can also exclude contaminated plates directly in the UI to refine your view and focus on reliable data only.
This makes it easier to design and refine assays – whether you’re choosing timelines, comparing media, or understanding organism behavior across repeated experiments. Over time, aggregated insights at the organism level will help transform large volumes of experimental data into clearer, more actionable knowledge.
Watch our Product Lead, Aimée van de Schoor, explain the Organism Library in the video below.
