This feature lets you apply a virtual grid to your spot assay jobs on OmniTrays. Depending on your experiment’s needs, you can choose from four customizable grid options:

• 3×2 grid (6 spots)

• 6×4 grid (24 spots)

• 8×6 grid (48 spots)

• 12×8 grid (96 spots)

To get started, book a call with us using this link. We’ll then guide you through a quick calibration and enable it for you. This is necessary to perfectly align the virtual grid layout with your physical sample placement.

A Few Notes:

• Consistent sample stamping is required to ensure accuracy.

• Colonies may grow into neighboring spots, which could impact analysis.
