The Reshape API is here!
timestamp1739781780000

We know Reshape is just one part of your experiment workflow, and we want to ensure it integrates seamlessly with the rest of your lab’s tech stack. That’s why we built the Reshape API so you can connect Reshape directly to your LIMS, ELN, or any other data management system you may use.
With the API, you can:
Automate data transfers - no more manual Excel or CSV exports.
Ensure full traceability - send results and retrieve metadata.
Tailor your data flow – Format Reshape data to fit your current data structure.
Better context
Whatever you design inside your experiment/data management system, you can now sync that metadata with Reshape. That means if you’re running a plate, you can see details like sample ID, control group, organisms used, dilution, and notes. Having this context alongside your images and data from the analysis should help deepen your insights.
If you want to send metadata to Reshape that doesn’t have a field, just get in touch – we’d love to talk.

Visualization of the data flow between LIMS and Reshape using the API
When results are ready, they seamlessly return to your LIMS, ensuring you have a complete, structured view of your experiment and the results.
How to get started
The API is designed for customers looking to deepen their Reshape integration and maintain data consistency across systems. Since implementation requires development work, it’s best suited for teams with internal technical resources.
