We’ve made it easier than ever to get support when you need it. Our updated ‘Help’ menu now offers multiple ways to connect with us and share feedback.

As a new upgrade, a modal (shown in the image above) will appear when you select ‘Contact Support’. This modal will present you with either two options. Here’s a breakdown:

• Report an issue — Tell us what’s wrong directly from the platform.

• Email us — Reach our support team via email.

In addition to these options, the Help menu now includes a Product Feedback option. Here, you can share your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions for a better Reshape experience directly with our team.

These changes ensure you can contact support the way you prefer and share feedback when inspiration strikes or new ideas for better workflows pop up.
